Event Schedule
TIME OF EVENT: Registration will be from 4:00pm – 6:00pm in the Colonel’s Café in the Mann Student
Center. The event itself will run from 5:00pm Friday until 4:00pm on Saturday. The trip into downtown
Boston on Saturday evening between 4:30pm – 8:00pm is optional.
COST: $20 per person (students and parents, to a maximum of $40 per family), payable at Registration.
This cost includes lodging, the evening meal on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, all activities, and
transportation into Boston on Saturday evening.
PARKING: Parking will be available in all ENC parking lots; please follow the parking signs that will be
set up and visible as you enter from Elm Avenue. Please post the enclosed parking permit on your review
mirror at all times you are parked in ENC parking lots.
STUDENT HOUSING: Resident hall accommodations are available. Please bring personal twin-size
linens, pillows and towels.
PARENT HOUSING: Families are welcome to participate in VIP events and are provided with one
residence hall room (2 twin beds) at no extra charge. Rooms are reserved on a first
come, first served basis. Please note: Family members stay in residence halls. Please bring personal twin-size
linens, pillows and towels.
HOTEL OPTIONS: Should you wish to stay off-campus, the following hotels and motels are located within a short drive of
our campus:
