November 8, 2012 - Internet Connectivity Issues
This morning we have experienced several brief Internet outages related to equipment located at our ISP. This does not appear to be a problem with equipment located at ENC. The provider is investigating.
September 25, 2012 - Email Connectivity Issues
We are presently experiencing issues connecting to the Exchange email server. This affects access to email, calendar and contacts via Outlook, OWA, Zencase and any mobile devices. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
September 13, 2012 - Web Content Filter Issues
Earlier today we experienced an issue with our web content filter license which caused all web site categories to be blocked as a default instead of just those categories we specifically do not allow. All non-filtered web categories should be available at this point. We are working with the vendor to determine exactly why this happened. We apologize for the inconvenience.
June 5, 2012 - Scheduled Network Maintenance
A couple of issues slowed the start of this morning's network upgrade. As a result some changes are still in process and you may experience an occasional outages. We are working to resolve these issues and will provide updates as they are available.
May 12, 2012 - Scheduled System Maintenance
Following the system maintenace this morning we experienced a hardware failure on our Zencas server which affects MyENC. We are also troubleshooting an issue with the Exchange server which is affecting Email connectivity. We are working to resolve these issues and will provide updates as they are available.
April 13, 2012 - Main Campus Phone Dialing Issue
We are experiencing an issue whereby off-campus callers are unable to dial the 617-745-3000 number. Our service provider is investigating the problem. If you experience this issue with other lines please contact the ITS Help Desk.
February 13, 2012 - 180 Old Colony Network Connectivity
This morning we experienced issues with network connectivity at our 180 Old Colony campus affecting Internet, Email and application access. Connectivity has been restored and we are reviewing logs to identify the root cause.
