All daytime and evening classes will resume at their normal time starting Thursday morning (1-29-15). This includes all traditional undergraduate and Adult and Graduate classes at all campus locations, including all ECE locations. 

Parking on and around campus is limited. Commuter students are encouraged to use public transportation or to carpool. The ENC shuttle to the E. Elm Campus and to the Old Colony Campus will leave the Wollaston T stop at 7:15am and 9:00am on Thursday Morning.

Campus Kinder Haus (CKH) will be closed tomorrow Thursday (1-29-15).

All campus offices will open on Thursday morning (1-29-15).

David Bergers

David Bergers obtained his bachelor's degree (with a major in History) in 1989 from Eastern Nazarene College, and earned his law degree in 1992 at Yale Law School. He is Managing Director for Legal and Government Relations and General Counsel for LPL Financial Holdings, Inc., the nation's largest independent broker-dealer. He served thirteen years with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), most recently as Acting Deputy Director of the Enforcement Division in Washington, D.C. He was director of the SEC's Boston Regional Office from 2006 to 2013. Prior to his service with the SEC, Mr. Bergers practiced at law firms in Philadelphia and Boston, and served as a vice president and assistant general counsel of a regional broker-dealer, as well as primary counsel to an affiliated investment adviser.
