SR, Nicole Fatchaline-

Women's Soccer

A severe ankle injury forced Nicole to miss most of her junior year, leaving her hesitant to return and play her senior year.  The injury was precipitated by a unique condition where permanent muscle contractions severely limited her ankle Range of Motion.  She decided to return and spent the entire off season in rehab.  This year she was a co-captain and played virtually every minute of every game, providing leadership and strong play throughout.

JR, Rachel Sorensen-Softball

After pitching the 2007 season on a broken ankle, Rachel has come back to be the Crusaders go to pitcher in the 2008 season.  Several strong outings have been marred by the team giving more than three outs away in an inning, errors.  A well pitched game against Curry, in which she gave up no earned runs as the Crusaders went on to win, capped off her comeback season.

JR, Rebekah Sorensen-Volleyball/W. Basketball/ Softball

Rebekah came back from a Patella Tendon injury and knee surgery, playing a central part of each of the teams despite not operating at 100% health.
