Over 300 students and parents came to campus for this year's VIP Orientation in preparation for the 2010-2011 school year. The event kicked off with a barbecue and an opening worship service to officially welcome the incoming students to ENC. Students who stayed overnight were greeted with goodie bags, ENC water bottles, a VIP t-shirt, and a letter written to each of them from an alum. Over the weekend, students had the opportunity to meet with their advisors, create their fall schedule, choose a dorm room, and spend time with fellow classmates!
On Saturday the students got a glimpse of what life as an ENC student is like from a panel of current students. The panel shared with the freshmen all about campus life, various activities to get involved in, academic life, and shared their favorite activities and spots in Boston. The weekend concluded with an excursion into Boston on the T. VIP Orientation Weekend was a great success and we look forward to seeing our students back on campus next month!
