Dr. William Driscoll
ENC has named Dr. William Driscoll interim director of Adult & Graduate Studies.
An alumnus of ENC's Adult & Graduate Studies division, Driscoll has served as an assistant professor of Business in the department since 2007, teaching courses in accounting, finance and small business management. In 2010, he received the division’s Teaching Excellence Award.
“As an alum and current faculty member, Bill understands and values the mission of ENC to serve God, the church and the world by providing a quality liberal arts education to students of all ages,” said Dr. Timothy T. Wooster, provost and dean of the college. “Bill will capitalize on his wealth of professional experience and academic training to deliver strong leadership for the continued growth and development of the college’s Adult & Graduate programs.”
A Quincy resident, Driscoll spent nearly 30 years in the construction, real estate and storage industries before receiving his bachelor’s degree in 2000 from ENC’s Adult & Graduate Studies division. He later went on to receive both an MBA and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Suffolk University, and a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University. In 2006, Driscoll received ENC’s Exceptional Contribution Award for his efforts to support the growth of the Adult & Graduate Studies division. He has also used his construction experience in a variety of volunteer projects, including 36 trips to federally declared disaster zones and several ENC on-campus construction initiatives.
