The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to be performed at ENC

RSS FeedQUINCY, MA April 11, 2008 - A two-person adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe will be performed at Eastern Nazarene College. They will present the play about love, faith, courage, and giving while struggling to fight for control of Narnia. It will be performed Friday, April 25 at 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, April 26 at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  There will also be performance workshops for ENC students on Saturday, April 26, 9 a.m. to noon.

This version of C.S. Lewis’ classic story created by le Clanche du Rand is filled with thrill and excitement for an audience of any age.

The two players are from The Friends of the Groom Christian Theatre Company, a Cincinnati-based professional theater company committed to communicating the Christian message through theater. Founded in 1980, the group has performed plays and led theater workshops in thousands of locations from Anchorage to Canterbury.
