Professor and Virtuoso Pianist to Perform Beethoven at ENC


RSS FeedDr. Brady MillicanNationally recognized pianist Dr. Brady Millican will perform Ludwig van Beethoven’s masterful "Appassionata" piano sonata in a concert at 7:30 pm on Friday, September 12, at Eastern Nazarene College. In addition to Beethoven, Millican will perform music by Bach and Mozart.

The concert, a part of the school’s Musica Eclectica Concert Series, will be held in the Edith F. Cove Fine Arts Center on the ENC campus, 23 East Elm Ave. General Admission is $5. Students of all ages are free. More information is available by calling 617-745-3715.

Millican, professor of music at ENC, has an extensive record of piano performances, including one at the White House for Rosalyn Carter; with the Dallas and Houston Symphony Orchestras; National Public Radio; 10 European tours in England, Germany, Holland, Iceland, Italy, and Spain; and recordings on the Vox and Keywind labels. He has taught at Eastern Nazarene College since 1979, and he has lectured and taught at Harvard University, Wellesley College, and Fuller Theological Seminary.
