Fifteenth Winter Commencement to take place at Eastern Nazarene College


RSS FeedQUINCY, MA Jan. 30, 2008—Eastern Nazarene College’s 15th annual winter commencement ceremony will take place on Sunday, February 3 at 2 p.m.

The graduating class consists of about 70 students; the majority is from ENC’s Adult and Graduate Studies Program. Speaking at this year’s winter commencement will be the Rev. Victor Price, the pastor of the Second Church of the Nazarene in Dorchester, Mass.

Price has served as pastor at various Nazarene churches around the Caribbean and the United States since 1978. At age 17 he was called to the ministry and traveled to Trinidad and Tobago where he received his minister’s diploma from Caribbean Nazarene Theological College. He received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from ENC. in 1991.  He also received a degree in social ethics and a postgraduate certificate in child and adolescent psychotherapy in 1994 from Boston University. Price continued his education at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a concentration on spiritual renewal in the family of God. He has also hosted and taught many leadership training seminars for various denominations training church leaders for effective ministry.

Vern WesleyENC’s Adult and Graduate Studies Program, also known as the LEAD program, offers a wide range of certificate, associate, bachelor’s, and master’s programs. It is designed to help working adults reach their educational and career goals while still maintaining their work and family life.
