This is an excellent colloquium held on a monthly basis that is sponsored by some of the best schools in mathematics in Boston. The level is accessible to advanced undergraduates and beginning graduates.

Graduate Seminars at Northeastern
 

This website gives a list of upcoming talks in many areas of mathematics. The undergraudate student should be advised that these are at the research level and hence often challenging even for beginning graduate students.
