Off-Campus Calling

Netwolves ECCI Local & Long Distance Calling

Terms & Conditions

All students are eligible for the Eastern Nazarene College Long Distance Service.  No deposit, installation fees, or additional service fees are required.  Eastern Nazarene College Long Distance Service, with a low cost of 7 cents per minute for domestic calls and no additional fees, is a privilege extended to students, enhancing communication to and from the campus community and to family and friends.  All students interested in this Long Distance Service will be issued a calling card containing their Authorization Code from Netwolves ECCI.  This Authorization Code is required to make local and long distance calls.  Students who use Eastern Nazarene College’s Long Distance Service agree to the following terms:

1.     Rates – All domestic long distance calls will be charged at a rate of 7 cents/minute.  International call rates vary by country; see www.NetWolves.com/ECCI for specific rates.  All local calls (calls to cities bordering Quincy) are free of charge.  For a complete listing of local exchanges, go to www.enc.edu/its.  Directory Assistance calls will be charged $1.25 per call.  All calls are billed in 1 minute increments and standard taxes apply.

2.     Billing – Each student account will be billed monthly, with payment due within 20 days of the invoice date.  PAYMENTS ARE POSTED WHEN RECEIVED, NOT WHEN MAILED.  Failure to pay will result in deactivation of the Authorization Code.  There is a 1.5% service charge on unpaid balances, and a $30 fee for returned checks and declined credit cards.

3.     Credit limits and service deactivation – Each student is given a $50 credit limit.  If at any time your balance exceeds that limit, your authorization code will be deactivated until that balance is paid.  Additionally, if your balance is over $10 and has not been paid by the 10th of the following month, or if the balance is less than $10 but 90 days past due, the authorization code will be deactivated.  You will receive an e-mail warning before your service is deactivated.

4.     Each student enrolled in the Eastern Nazarene College Long Distance Service program is responsible for all calls charged to his/her Authorization Code.  It is your responsibility to take all reasonable precautions to protect your code and not allow the use of that code by anyone but yourself.  If you are charged for calls you did not make, or believe you Authorization Code has been compromised, call Netwolves ECCI at 1-888-937-3224.  ACCEPTANCE OF COLLECT CALLS OR THIRD PARTY BILLING IS NOT PERMITTED.

5.     Improper use of long distance Authorization Codes is a violation of criminal law and Eastern Nazarene College rules.  Any unauthorized use of another person’s Authorization Code is theft, and will be referred to the Dean of Students.
