David Woodruff
David Woodruff is an associate
professor of philosophy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Westmont College and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Syracuse University.
Since leaving Syracuse, he has taught for ten years in both university
and college settings. He currently teaches a range of courses
covering the history of philosophy and the philosophy of
religion. With Greg Ganssle, he edited the book God and Time: Essays on the Divine Nature,
published by Oxford University Press (2002). In addition, he has
published several other articles in the areas of the philosophy of
religion and aesthetics. He is working on several essays on the
nature of time and the implications for the concept of divine
timelessness. At present he lives in Indiana with his wife and
four children.
