Registration Process

The Registration Process is outlined below:

Please see your advisor to fill out a registration form for each semester. You must have your advisor's signature in order to register for classes.

  1. Drop off the completed form in the Registrar's Office on Registration Day.   Enrollment in courses is based on student classification and then on a first-come, first-served basis.  MAKE SURE you have filled in your Soc. Sec # and full name - including your middle initial on all Registration Forms.
  2. Registrar's Office will email your schedule and deliver it via campus mail 2-3 days prior to the start of the semester. Waitlist notifications will be sent to you via your college email address.

Your Schedule is Online / Your ENC Email Account

Login to your student account to view your schedule and billing information. Schedules will only be printed once prior to the beginning of the Fall Semester. You will be able to view and print your schedule from any internet connected computer using your Student Account  login - so your schedule is always at your finger tips!

NOTE: This online schedule is updated by Student Accounts once a month.

Please note that if you do not see a course in your online schedule that you had registered to take, this means you have been put on a waitlist or you did not meet the pre-requisites. In these cases you will be notified by the Registrar's Office to pick another course and see your advisor.

Please make sure you check your ENC email account regularly - you are held accountable for information the Registrar's Office sends to you.

Waitlists

If you have been put on a waitlist and later receive notification that you have been enrolled in the course - this means you are on the official class roster and will be billed accordingly. You MUST drop this course if you have decided to take another course.

Credit Load

Students are expected to register for 12-15 credit hours (4 courses) each semester. Twelve credits is the minimum number of hours to attain full time enrollment status and be eligible for campus housing, financial aid, and to participate in intercollegiate athletics. Students may include the J Term course in EITHER the Fall or Spring total credit calculation, but not both in order to obtain the full time enrollment status.

Students may register for up to 17 credit hours without paying additional tuition. Each credit hour over 17 credits will be charged per credit. This is considered a course overload and must be petitioned by the student for approval. Students who are not in good academic standing are not allowed to register for a course overload.
