POSITION SUMMARY:
|

Full-time tenure track teaching faculty position available for fall,
2008. |
| |
|
| |
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
| |
Responsibilities include teaching introductory to upper-level
courses and labs in electrical and computer engineering. Additional responsibilities
include laboratory development, student advising, establishing and maintaining local industry
contacts and serving on faculty committees. The successful candidate will help the
department evaluate the need for ABET accreditation. |

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
|
| |
A Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering is
preferred, although candidates with a master’s degree will be considered. Additionally,
relevant engineering experience in industry and relevant teaching experience is preferred.
Excellence in teaching and professional development resulting in publications are valued. |
