In an effort to support a cleaner, greener Campus the Facilities Department has placed recycling bins throughout the Campus. All classrooms, offices and dorm rooms have recycling bins for the community to use in support of this initiative.
NOTE: To reduce the cost of waste removal – Trash and construction dumpster are for the campus buildings only. Campus Housing tenants must use City of Quincy curbside trash pickup.
Personal trash is allowed ONLY in the personal
trash dumpster (green w/ black lid) located in the fenced in area at the
loading platform at the rear of the Mann Student Center.
For your convenience (2) recycling dumpsters (green
w/blue lids) are located in the fenced in area at the loading platform at the
rear of the Mann Student Center and (1) recycling dumpster is located behind
Cove by the construction dumpster for the collection of the following

- Paper (white and colored)
- Cans and bottles

Please do not overfill or place items on top of the
dumpsters, rather find the nearest dumpster with enough capacity.
All office areas are responsible for bringing their
recycle bins to the larger totes located in each building. Please call
Facilities if you are unsure of the location.
