Welcome to “SchoolDude” Eastern Nazarene College’s Maintenance Request System
All work order requests must be entered through SchoolDude, Eastern Nazarene College’s maintenance request system.
IMPORTANT: If you have an emergency situation such as leaking, flooding, or no heat, call the Facilities office at extension 3716 during regular business hours. Call the Security office after hours, weekends and holidays and they will contact maintenance to assist you then submit a confirming work order request.
Only one maintenance issue can be submitted on a request form. For example, do not enter a request for an electrical issue and a plumbing issue on the same request because one issue would be dispatched to the electrician and the other to the plumber.
Requests for repair estimates, capital projects or questions regarding the status of a work order request should be directed to the Facilities Department group email box – . Please do not enter a request to ask a question, or send a duplicate work order request.
The first time you access the system you must enter your ENC email address and your first and last name. When entering your request make sure to enter your building, floor and room number (if applicable). Please remember all boxes with a red checkmark are REQUIRED FIELDS. Please be as specific as possible when reporting the area where the problem lies.
Once you submit your request it is sent to the Facilities office. You will receive three email notifications when your request has been approved, assigned and again when your request has been completed.
On step 6, the password to use the system is facilities.
You can check the status of your request at any time by logging into the system and clicking the My Requests tab.
You may want to create a shortcut on your desktop for future use. To do so, you must access the system and RIGHT CLICK anywhere on the Welcome page, and then select Create Shortcut from the list of options.
