Welch graduated from ENC in 2007 with a degree in Sports Management.  Having played Softball and Basketball for the Crusaders for four straight seasons, she captained the team in 2007.  Welch hit a solid .293, .333 and .365 in her sophomore, junior and senior years being named a TCCC All-Conference Player in her junior and senior seasons. 

From Norton, Mass., Welch graduated from New Testament Christian School in 2003, and just finished her first season as the Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach.  She takes over the helm of the Crusader Softball program after serving as an assistant for a year.  She looks forward to continuing the upward trend of the Crusaders Softball Program in the TCCC.
