Trips into Town and the Surrounding Area

One of the many great things about studying history and culture in the Boston area is that so many wonderful museums, historical sites, and libraries are so close.   Boston Semester students will take short field trips into town on the “T” (Boston’s subway) and will go on other excursions by car to nearby spots.  It takes only twenty minutes to go from the Wollaston T stop in Quincy to downtown Boston.  From there, the whole array of Boston’s tremendous historical and cultural treasures are within walking distance.

Plans are underway to visit many of the following sites and attractions:

The James R. Cameron Center for History, Law, & Governrnent  | Eastern Nazarene College | 23 East Elm Avenue  | Quincy, Massachusetts 02170  | Phone: 1-617-745-3000  |  email: r a n d a l l . s t e p h e n s @ e n c . e d u
