Biographical Notes

  • Stephanie brings not only proven abilities to coach but also a strong dedication to Christian education. She will receive her Master of Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University in October 2013. At Valor Christian High School in Colorado, she initiated the softball program and saw it emerge as a winner at the regional tournament, nurturing the program from 2008. She coaches not only skills but fosters character and spiritual development as women not just as athletes. As a student assistant coach at Cedarville University, she participated in the recruiting process and planning and instruction.

She is a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches’ Association and NACWAA and has interacted with collegiate coaches from University of Arkansas, University of Alabama, Colorado State University, and UCLA. Her enthusiasm for the game and Christian values prompted her interest in athletic department communication through newsletters and website contributions. She brings an ability to infuse women with spiritual as well as physical strength.
