Kellee comes to ENC from Pembroke, MA and brings over 20 years of business experience to the Business Department. Kellee was a Vice President for State Street Bank and Trust Co. with roles ranging from individual contributor to manager. During her time with State Street, Kellee gained tremendous exposure and experience in project management of Y2K, in leading the business continuity team during the September 11th terrorist attack, in managing a site office for the US Securities Services division, in co-publishing a white paper on continuous operations within the Financial Services industry, in analyzing and implementing a large merger and acquisition of Deutsche Bank's Securities Services division. Kellee also worked for JP Morgan on the implementation of the Euro. She was relocated to their London office to join the core project team. While in London, Kellee founded and chaired an Agent Bank industry group for the top 15 agent banks to develop industry practices for global loan syndications. Upon her return to the US, she turned the chairmanship over to the British Bankers Association. After 15 years in the corporate world, Kellee left to join a startup technology and management consulting firm where she played an integral role in growing the business and building the infrastructure. During this time, Kellee worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the Business and Economics Department before joining ENC full-time in 2011 and becoming chair in 2014.
