Students enjoyed a break from studying for late night pancakes in Spange Parlor and wrote thank-you notes to ENC Fund donors
Back for a third time, on Wednesday, April 23, ENC’s Alumni and Development Offices hosted the annual Late Night Breakfast. Students were invited to take a study break, come and enjoy some cooked-to-order late night pancakes and write thank you notes to ENC’s generous donors. President McGee led the pancake cooking along with her fellow administrators Scott Turcott, Jeff Kirksey, Linda Scott, Nancy Detwiler, as well as several other faculty and staff. At the end of the evening, there was a drawing for an iPad, $250 scholarship, and other gifts and prizes.

Approximately 200 students attended and over 1,000 thank you notes were written to nearly 600 donors who invested in the ENC Fund during the last 12 months – if that includes you, then be watching for some thank you notes in your mailbox!
