INFLUENCE IMPACT INVEST
These three words describe the vision of Eastern Nazarene College’s Office of Development. Often, institutional advancement is equated with "giving," "donating," or "fundraising." Here it is really about investing.
Influence: "The power to affect others." ENC’s effect on alumni and friends has been powerful. ENC continues influencing current students by providing the skills necessary to lead others.
Impact: "The power to move feelings, influence thinking." Each of us encounters multiple opportunities to influence others. But does our influence move others to action or change? ENC reaches beyond our campus boundaries by impacting our community and our world with hearts willing to serve.
Invest: "To use, give, or devote (time, talent, etc.), as to achieve something." ENC's mission can only be realized through those willing to invest their resources. Our students achieve big goals that can change our world because at ENC they have received knowledge to transform.
